Lazy Hammock has performed with Afterlife and Jose Padilla, as well as her solo work<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

I chatted in London with musician and DJ Lucie Burns, also known as\u00a0Lazy Hammock<\/a>. We discuss her musical path–from childhood through singing on Afterlife’s Simplicity 2000″ release, to her solo work as Lazy Hammock.<\/p>\n

She’s also a DJ. After this interview was finished, she started a gig on Tuesday nights from 8-9 p.m. on\u00a0Tonic FM<\/a> (internet) radio in France.<\/p>\n

You’ll be hearing more from Lazy Hammock. Sony and other labels are picking up some of her tracks in their upcoming compilations. She also releases her music through\u00a0Diventa<\/a> in Germany. Yoga Centers should hear her “Lost in Dreams” CD, which was written for yoga in particular.<\/p>\n
