Episode 54 kicks off with a soulful, uplifting track from Sven Van Hees \u2013 with vocals by Femke \u2013 from his new album, “Maverick.” It’s called “Into the Sunshine,” and it’s available for sale from iTunes<\/a> and from Beatport. Like all of Sven’s previous albums, this one is a winner.<\/p>\n

You’ll hear some Creative Commons-licensed and indie artists that you’ve heard before in previous episodes, like Black Era, Tryad (in honor of their first iTunes-LP re-release of their album “Listen”), Alejandro Rubio, The Warheads, and General Fuzz, as well as a great new remix from our friends Sunburn in Cyprus in Germany.<\/p>\n

But there’s plenty of new stuff, too: Alu (an electronica artist who was featured in the compilation “Digital Bliss, Volume 1”), Przasnik,\u00a0Lucid Picnic (Serhan Berberoglu–whom you might know from his tracks on some Peak Records compilations, as well as his other project, Oblivion Garden), Frank Clayton, and Berlin producer fLako, who teamed up with Canadian hip hop chanteuse Amenta and made this cutting-edge gem.
